US Open Women’s Singles Champion Aryna Sabalenka

In the final of the US Open women’s singles, Aryna Sabalenka defeated Jessica Pegula to claim her third Grand Slam title of her career. The final of the US Open women’s singles was thrilling. Sabalenka triumphed over Pegula with scores of 7-5 and 7-5 to win the championship. The world number two secured her third Grand Slam title with this victory.

After winning the championship, Sabalenka said with a bright smile, “I finally got this beautiful trophy; it means so much. It’s been a very, very long few weeks.” She added, “It means a lot. I am literally speechless right now.”

“I remembered all the tough losses I’ve had in the past. Never give up on your dreams and keep trying,” she continued. “If you keep working hard and sacrifice everything for a dream, one day you’ll get there. I am very proud of myself, though I usually don’t say that, but I am very proud of myself. I am proud of my team.”

“After losing my father, my goal was to write our family’s name into tennis history.”

“I am proud of myself every time I see my name on that trophy, and I am proud of my family who never gave up on my dream and did everything they could to keep me going.”

“This opportunity in life means so much. It has always been my dream. I still can’t believe how much we have achieved together with my team.”

Pegula, on the other hand, said after the match, “It’s been a tough year with injuries. I’m happy to have made it to the final.” She joked, “I wish she had at least let me win one set.”

“We had a tough match a few weeks ago in Cincinnati, and she’s one of the best in the world.”
