Victor Lindelof is injured! Ruben Amorim Concerned

A Swedish teammate of Victor Lindelof revealed the Manchester United defender was “very down” after suffering another injury during international duty.

Lindelof was forced to leave the pitch less than 30 minutes into Sweden’s Nations League match against Slovakia over the weekend. Having recently recovered from a toe injury earlier in the season, the 30-year-old defender now faces another setback, leaving his compatriot Emil Holm empathetic about the situation.

WHAT EMIL HOLM SAID

Bologna defender Holm shared his thoughts with the Swedish outlet Göteborgs-Posten, saying:

“It’s very sad. He just came back from injury, and then to get another injury, you suffer with that. It was tough to see.

“He was very down in the dressing room too. He’s an important man in the team, he’s captain anyway. No, it was a shame. I gave him a hug and told him to get well.”
