Victor Osimhen’s move to Al-Ahli failed to materialize on transfer deadline day. His shirt number was reassigned to Lukaku, and he was left out of the squad.

Victor Osimhen’s Al Ahli dream failed on the last day of the transfer window. Napoli demanded 5 million euros in addition to the 80 million euros offered by Al-Ahli. This move was received negatively by the club. Therefore, the transfer did not take place because of this additional demand.

Had the transfer to Al-Ahli gone through, the player would have earned 40 million euros per year for four seasons. Now he is angry with Napoli for being left out of the squad.
