Adama Traore Reveals Pep Guardiola’s Advice

Fulham winger Adama Traore has revealed the instruction he received from Pep Guardiola after squandering numerous important chances in his team’s close 3-2 defeat to Manchester City. Despite Fulham’s attempts, City won a tense Premier League match earlier this month, but the outcome could have been different if Traore had taken his chances.

Guardiola was spotted conversing with Traore on the pitch after the game, and the former Wolves player has now revealed what the Manchester City manager told him.

Traore told El Larguero:

“I’ve known him for a few years, but it’s always appreciated. He is unquestionably the top coach in the world. He approached me after the game and complimented me on my performance. He gave me advice on how to capitalize on the opportunities I had against them.“

Traore, who came through Barcelona’s academy, added: “I met him at Barca, and when I got at Aston Villa, I called him too. He has always been friendly.”
