Colapinto’s manager: “We will be on the grid in 2025”

Franco Colapinto’s manager has confirmed that the Argentine driver will remain part of the grid for the 2025 Formula 1 season.Officially, only the RB team currently has one vacant seat on the 2025 Formula 1 grid.

Apart from Liam Lawson, Franco Colapinto’s name is seriously mentioned for this seat, but the young driver’s name is also being mentioned with other teams.

For example, there are claims that Alpine wanted to race with Colapinto instead of Jack Doohan.

Colapinto’s manager Maria Catarineu said she believes the Argentine driver will continue to race in Formula 1 in 2025.

Speaking to Argentinian publication Campeones, Catarineu responded to the question of whether Colapinto would be on the grid in 2025 by saying: “Everyone knows that many teams want to see Franco on the Formula 1 grid in 2025.”

“If I were to give him a number from 1 to 10 on his chances of competing, I’d say 20. A lot of people want that.”

“So it would be only fair for that to happen. We are working on a lot of different scenarios right now.”
