Injury Blow for Manchester United: Kobbie Mainoo Out for Fenerbahce Clash

Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo will miss the upcoming Europa League match against Fenerbahçe due to injury. The young player, who was injured during the Premier League match against Aston Villa, will be sidelined for several weeks.

A report from The Times revealed that Mainoo has suffered a hamstring injury and is expected to be out of action for at least a month, ruling him out of 7 matches for Manchester United.

During his absence, Manchester United will face Brentford, West Ham United, Chelsea, and Leicester City in the Premier League. They will also play Leicester City in the League Cup and host PAOK in the Europa League after traveling to Istanbul to face Fenerbahçe.

Mainoo, a product of Manchester United’s academy, was promoted to the first team during the 2022/23 season. He has featured in 9 matches this season but is yet to record a goal or an assist.
