Manchester City’s Win in Court

A dispute involving associated party transactions (APT), which are intended to guarantee that sponsorships linked to club ownership represent fair market value, was recently won by Manchester City. The present restrictions were declared null and void due to City’s argument that the rules were deceptive.

Meetings with other Premier League clubs have been postponed while the legal dispute and its ramifications are still pending. In order to discuss the implications of this decision and how it can influence future business laws, the Premier League will need to get back together with the clubs.
