Real Madrid legend praises Arda Güler: “A very interesting player”

Guti Hernandez, one of Real Madrid’s legends, made notable remarks about the team’s form and Arda Güler’s performance.

Reigning champions of La Liga and the UEFA Champions League, Real Madrid, started the new Champions League format with a 3-1 victory over Stuttgart and currently sit 3rd in La Liga with 11 points after 5 matches.

Speaking to AS, Spanish legend Guti Hernandez shared his thoughts on the future of the team and Arda Güler’s form.

“THIS SQUAD IS BETTER THAN THE GALACTICOS ERA”
“The current Real Madrid squad is better than during the Galacticos era. There are many great players, and most of them are young. They will define an era at Real Madrid,” said Guti.

Commenting on Real Madrid’s current form, Guti added, “There have been ups and downs, not just in their gameplay but also in terms of points. They’re 4 points behind Barcelona. It hasn’t been a great start.”

Praising our national player Arda Güler, Guti said, “Carlo Ancelotti is giving Arda Güler more minutes. He is a very interesting player. He has great final passes, can score, and has excellent dribbling skills as a midfielder. He will be more prominent in the coming seasons.

Arda Güler has played 6 official matches for Real Madrid this season, clocking 192 minutes but has yet to contribute a goal or assist.

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano made a significant claim about Arda Güler’s future at the Spanish club.

LOAN OFFER WITH BONUSES INCLUDED
According to Fabrizio Romano, since the beginning of the summer transfer window, ten teams have made loan offers to Real Madrid for Arda Güler. One of these clubs even submitted a loan offer with bonuses included, as reported by Romano.

REAL MADRID REJECTED IMMEDIATELY
However, Real Madrid, considering Arda an important part of their squad planning, immediately rejected all offers for the star player. Fabrizio Romano also stated that the Spanish giants have maximum confidence in the 19-year-old.

Following this statement, it was expected that the Turkish star would start on the bench for the Real Sociedad game. However, the 19-year-old began the match in the starting 11 and stayed on the pitch for 77 minutes.
