RICCIARDO ASKED IF SINGAPORE WOULD BE HIS LAST RACE

Daniel Ricciardo, while denying the speculations about his future, did not completely rule out the possibilities.

Daniel Ricciardo denied rumors that the Singapore Grand Prix would be his last race in his Formula 1 career.

However, he also added that it might be wrong to completely dismiss this possibility, given how long he has been involved in the sport.

Red Bull and RB’s senior management are planning to decide on the 2025 driver lineup after this weekend’s race in Singapore.

According to rumors, the chances of Liam Lawson replacing Yuki Tsunoda as a teammate at RB are increasing, and this change could potentially happen before the season ends. Ricciardo said the following regarding the speculations: “My main focus is on next year. So, that’s where I am right now. Of course, I can’t give too many details, but I know that the dates in our contracts fall within this period.”

“So, I expect a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ for 2025.”

“I’m also aware of what’s being said about the rest of the season, but I don’t have much information on that right now.”

“However, crazy things can happen in this sport, so it’s impossible to be 100% sure. I’ve been in this business for a long time, we’ll see what happens.”
